If you cannot make your scheduled appointment you must cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session to avoid the $50 late cancellation fee.
Sports Bundles and Memberships have expiration dates!
Please read following policies carefully:
The sports bundle must be used with 21 days of the first visit.
No refunds or credit for unused/expired sports bundles. Unused sessions cannot be rolled into following month, transferred, refunded or exchanged. Sports bundles CANNOT BE SHARED OR TRANSFERRED.
Memberships may be shared among family and friends, when treating a family member or friend to your membership benefits, please let us know ahead of time.
Memberships will start the month the membership is purchased and will be valid for the duration of the according membership: Silver member valid 3 months; Gold member valid 6 months; Platinum member valid12 months
There will be NO rollovers for unused services
Membership Termination: You are required to complete a Member Cancellation Form to cancel your membership -14 days notice required - You may request this form be emailed to you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A phone message left at MovUnlimited will not cancel your membership. You may cancel anytime - but please keep in mind that your membership becomes inactive as soon as you terminate. You will receive e-mail confirmation back from us confirming the termination. You will be reimbursed for the unused months, however the services rendered will be deducted at a non-discounted rate.
We’re sorry, sports bundles and memberships cannot be extended beyond their expiration date unless you have a valid medical reason accompanied by medical documentation.
In an effort to remain fair to all clients practicing in our programs, we cannot grant exceptions.
